Taking time to consider if you are going in the right direction, in the right way, at the right pace and with the right people is valuable. In software development we have adopted this as retrospectives, a structured way of reflecting, sometimes a fun way, sometimes a hard way.

Come to this workshop to hear how it can be done right, how it is sometimes done wrong and join in the activities of trying out new ways of working in retrospectives. If you are a seasoned facilitator, this could be the place to try out something new in a safe environment.
