Alina is a developer advocate for GraalVM at Oracle Labs, a research & development organization at Oracle. A big believer in open source and communities, helping JHipster, community organizer in the past. Love both programming & natural languages.
She started her career as a senior manager dealing with accounts, marketing and advertising, and was great at her role in negotiating, increasing sales, business development, coordination and digital marketing. She worked in different companies and projects for management but soon stepped into technology as she started working with tech-related companies.
Alina played a major role in the Google Developers Lviv Community, which had tech-related events — from local tech talks to workshops and hackathons, bringing over 1000 technology experts on a platform. DevFest Ukraine brought together people who were shaping the future of Android, Web and Cloud technologies for 2 days of sessions, workshops, and networking. She is an inspiration to how she now switched to the technological sphere of leaders, as she joined as a senior developer at Oracle.
