High performing organisations through Conway’s Law
In this talk, you will learn how your organisation and its software are connected through Conway’s law and be introduced to the potential benefits of going Cloud Native. We will also examine three different ways of scaling software, and then do an inverse Conway to measure how well your team’s information flow can support your software architecture, whether it is monolithic or reliant on decoupled teams.
