You all know them and have being living with them for more than a year now... we are of course referring to COVID-19 restrictions. We'll ask all attendees to follow the well-known rules so we can focus on a great conference experience.

All attendees must present one of the following:

• A negative COVID test dated no more than 72 hours prior to the conference (both quick test and PCR test are accepted)
• Proof of vaccination (either in writing or on the Corona passport)

In case of a positive test, we will fully refund the conference ticket and give you a chance to join us virtually. We recommend that all attendees download and use the Smittesporings app before the conference.

During the conference we will ensure that:

• Attendees will be split across our three different locations
• We will limit how many attendees can be in one room following the guidelines from the Danish Health Authorities
• There will be 1 meter between attendees
• Attendees will be seated facing the same direction
• Face masks will be handed out to all attendees, speakers, crew and any additional staff
• Sanitizers will be available on all tables and by all entrances
• All doorknobs and all horizontal surfaces will be disinfected after each session
• All food and snacks will be served separately
• Water served bottled
• All rooms will be vented after each session
